High Cost Rentals (HCRs)

One of our UK North Sea customers faced challenges in tracking rented equipment, leading to over-spending on high-cost rentals. Before implementing VOR, HCR compliance was at 74%, making it difficult to manage equipment needs efficiently.

Marine Operations

Aviation

Delivering personnel and critical items to offshore operations via helicopter is another logistical challenge. One North Sea customer had to plan for 28 additional flights and manage 581 air freight shipments, resulting in substantial costs.

The year after implementing VOR, they were able to restrict both unplanned helicopter flights and airfreight by 40%, saving £660K. These efficiencies significantly lowered aviation-related costs and streamlined logistics.
